This guide is here to help you to cancel your MotorCut subscription. Please note, as per our Terms and Conditions, MotorCut requires a 14-day notice period for subscription cancellations.
Here's how to handle your cancellation notice:
Submit a Support Ticket
Use the support ticket via your web-app to submit a formal notice of cancellation.
After submitting your cancellation notice, you'll receive contact from our team to confirm your cancellation as well as a request for any feedback you may have.
You will retain access to your account until the end of your billing cycle. After this period, the account will expire, and any future processing will require a new subscription.
